Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to return an item
- Contact us to let us know you wish to return or exchange your item.
- We’ll provide you with the return address and any instructions you need.
- Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked delivery service.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
None-returnable items
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Any personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
