RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Contact us to let us know you wish to return or exchange your item.
  • We’ll provide you with the return address and any instructions you need.
  • Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked delivery service.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Any personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
